Concept:
When you are busy with the complex day-to-day tasks of running a
dealership, it can be difficult to recognize your strengths and
weaknesses in relation to the industry. How do you find the time and
resources to properly evaluate the dealership and identify ways to
increase profits?

During this off-site service, JCC evaluates specific information about
your organization to assess the health of your dealership from a
financial and operational perspective. We specifically analyze your
profitability, liquidity, and capital structure, as well as key
departmental revenue and expense indicators. We compare key indicators
to industry averages and provide you a report with basic
recommendations to help you capitalize on your strengths and improve
areas of weakness. We follow-up this report with a quarterly phone
meeting to discuss relevant issues, and we offer suggestions where
vulnerabilities are noted. For multi-location dealerships, we recommend
that each location be measured and reported on individually so that
each location is accountable on it's own merit. |
